It’s a lot easier to quit your job these days.

Not only are there multitudes of new opportunities out there with the internet, but there are also a ton of people on said internet telling you to quit your job.

They’re coming from a good place — they want you to be as happy and successful as possible.

But before quitting your job, you should answer these questions first.

How much does money matter to you?

Money isn’t only a big motivator when it comes to work — it’s most often the biggest motivator.

This is no surprise… After all, most of our reasoning to work a job is to make money to pay bills and support our lifestyle.

At a certain point, though, money becomes just a small factor. You should determine just how small of a factor it may be when it comes to switching jobs.

If you really hate your job, you may not care much if you take a small pay cut to work another job. If your current job is affecting your mental health, it may not matter to you that you’d be making less.
